Welcome to EASETRAVELL.CO.NZ. By accessing our website and using our booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of processing. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with an e-ticket number. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the payment is not received within the specified time limit.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Fares are guaranteed only after the ticket is issued.
• In case of a technical error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and provide a full refund.
• Taxes and fuel surcharges are subject to change by the airline without prior notice.

3. Changes & Cancellations

Every ticket has different rules regarding changes and refunds:

• Non-Refundable Tickets: Most "Saver" or "Promo" fares cannot be refunded.
• Change Fees: Airlines charge a penalty for date changes, plus any difference in fare. EASETRAVELL.CO.NZ may also charge a nominal service fee for processing these changes.
• No-Show: If you do not show up for your flight without prior notice, the ticket is usually forfeited by the airline.

4. Travel Documents & Visas

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and the correct visa for New Zealand or any transit countries. EASETRAVELL.CO.NZ is not liable for any boarding denial due to incorrect documentation.

5. Baggage & Special Requests

Baggage allowance varies by airline and fare class. Special requests such as wheelchair assistance, specific meals, or bassinet seats are subject to airline availability and are not guaranteed by EASETRAVELL.CO.NZ.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

7. Limitation of Liability

EASETRAVELL.CO.NZ shall not be held responsible for flight delays, cancellations, strikes, or natural disasters (Force Majeure). We will, however, provide full assistance in re-booking or claiming refunds as per airline policies.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business operations. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
